👉 Document AI - I led the UX design for Document AI in Snowflake, enabling users to extract structured data from unstructured documents with minimal setup. This empowered teams to automate document processing workflows, reducing manual effort and unlocking new use cases across finance, legal, and operations.
👉 Improving the Data Ingestion experience - I redesigned and streamlined one of the core data ingestion workflow in Snowflake to support more intuitive, self-service experience for technical and non-technical users. This improvement reduced onboarding friction, accelerated pipeline setup time, and significantly increased user adoption across enterprise teams.
👉 Snowflake Documentation - I redesigned the Snowflake Documentation experience by introducing a scalable system of reusable components and establishing a new visual language in collaboration with a Visual Designer. This overhaul improved content discoverability, enhanced readability, and laid the foundation for a more cohesive and maintainable documentation ecosystem.
